AI Credits Terms
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Not in effect until launch.
How AI credits work — simple and upfront.
1. What a credit is
1 AI credit = 1 message to the AI Animator. Each time you send the AI Animator a message, one credit is used. Drawing, editing, playing back and exporting your animation by hand doesn’t use credits.
2. Your weekly allowance
Each plan comes with a set number of credits every week:
| Plan | Credits per week |
|---|---|
| Starter | 150 |
| Creator | 400 |
| Studio | 1,000 |
| Free trial (14 days) | 150 for the whole trial |
Plan allowances are drafts and may change before launch; the numbers shown at checkout apply.
Your allowance refills at the start of each billing week. Unused weekly credits don’t roll over to the next week, unless we clearly say so for a specific offer.
3. When you run out
If you use all your credits, you can keep drawing and animating by hand, wait for your next weekly refill, or move to a bigger plan. We may offer extra credit packs in the future; if we do, their price and rules will be shown before you buy.
4. Credits are not money
- Credits have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Unused credits are not refunded, including when you cancel (see Refunds & Cancellation).
- Credits end when your subscription or trial ends, or if your account is closed.
5. Fair use
Credits are for your own creative use. Using bots or scripts, sharing accounts, or other tricks to get more credits breaks our Acceptable Use & AI Policy. If a message fails because of a problem on our side, email support@diamondanimator.com and we’ll look into it.
6. Changes
We may change how many credits plans include, or how credits work. If a change reduces what you get on your current plan, we’ll tell you before it applies so you can change plans or cancel.
