Refunds & Cancellation
Last updated: October 8, 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Not in effect until launch.
Cancel anytime. No contracts, no tricks — here’s exactly how it works.
1. The free trial costs nothing
The 14-day free trial needs no card, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. When the trial ends, the app is locked until you choose a plan.
2. How to cancel
You can cancel your weekly subscription anytime — from your account, or by emailing support@diamondanimator.com from the email address on your account.
- You won’t be charged again after you cancel.
- You keep access until the end of the week you already paid for.
- Your projects stay in your account if you come back later (see the Privacy Policy for how long we keep data).
3. Refunds
Because plans are billed one week at a time and you can cancel before the next week, we generally don’t give refunds for part of a week or for unused AI credits.
But we will make it right when something went wrong. Email support@diamondanimator.com within 14 days if:
- you were charged twice or charged by mistake;
- you were charged after you cancelled;
- a problem on our side stopped you from using the app for most of a paid week.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or a cooling-off period, we follow that law.
4. Parents: a charge you didn’t expect
If your child is using Diamond Animator and you see a charge you didn’t expect, email support@diamondanimator.com and we’ll look into it with you right away.
5. Discounts
- The first 50 people on our early-access email list get 25% off for their first year. The code is emailed when the app opens. After 12 months the plan renews at its normal weekly price.
- Subscribers to our Animator Builder YouTube channel can use a 10% off code shared on the channel. Both discounts together = 30% off; no one gets more than 30% off.
- We email you a reminder at least 7 days before the discount ends, so you can decide whether to continue.
- If you cancel during the discount year and subscribe again later, the discount may not come back.
6. Changing plans
You can move to a bigger or smaller plan. The new weekly price and credit allowance apply from your next billing week unless we show you something different when you switch.
